Had to cancel my gym membership last year to save some money!!! I'm ok without it, except I find myself REALLY missing the step aerobics classes!!!!

I really enjoyed them and so I have decided to look into getting a step and a few videos to do at home along with my other routines!!

I know with step aerobics you either love it or you hate it! I really enjoy the physcical workout and the mental workout!! Plus, I enjoy choreographed (sp?) workouts A LOT! (I used to be a dancer). But I know my love for it greatly depends on the instructor!!

So, for those of you who do step aerobics at home, who's videos do you recommend? I'm looking for fun, fast-paced, multiple combinations, and great music!! Also, what step do you use?

It's pretty old (as am I) so I don't know if you could still buy it but I used to have a Jane Fonda step aerobics (VHS) video I really liked. I always thought it was funny that Jane Fonda wasn't in it. She introduced the instructors and that was all you saw of her, but it was a pretty fun workout.

I'd recommend getting a full size step if you have the space because its a lot easier to follow the routines.

A Cathe DVD came with the Reebok step I bought, I like it but it's pretty repetitive. I have another one at home that belongs to a friend, it's very choreographed and dancey but I don't remember who it is. I'll update the post when I get home from work if I remember.
