    I have a really hard time with that too. Sometimes if i mess up and have something bad and over indulge i'll think "Oh well, i already screwed today up, better just start over tmw and eat whatever else i want today" which is NOT the way to go. Im learning to take it one day at a time, one meal at a time. If you ate something bad, go exercise. If you had an unhealthy meal, make sure the next is healthy and full of "clean" foods. I always want instant results and i know i wont see them, especially if I just give up because i had one bad thing. Moderation and time is key :-)
