Evening all!! Ok so here goes. I am 41 and have struggled with my weight for a long time, I suppose I am what you would call a typical yo yo dieter, and I suppose in away am addicted to slimming clubs, you name it and I've tried it, but after a month or so have always hit a wall, got fed up and given up. It all came to a head a couple of days ago when I went to the doctors for help with my weight, and was told that I didn't have a high enough BMI for them to offer any help - so walking away rather upset and talking to someone at work she told me to give this a bash, and I started today!! and so far I am finding it fascinating! I probably wont reach my target weight for a year, but I suppose every little bit of loss is a target and should be celebrated (OK maybe not with chocolate!
