I am sitting here at work trying to figure out what we are having for dinner tonight...I need some quick and easy ideas because I need time to (I get off at 4:30), run by grocery store, fix dinner, eat, and make it to the gym by 7. I have a husband, 7, and 11 year old so it needs to be something for everyone. No seafood recipes please and include nutrition facts! :) Thanks in advance!

Reduce heat to medium and add red wine vinegar and Worcestershire sauce. Cook 5 more minutes. Since it's only 1 tbsp you could probably use balsamic vinegar or even lemon juice.
