Shrimp or Tofu

Options
I'm going to have stir fired vegetables and was either going to add Shrimp or Tofu. Can anybody give me some information on which is a better choice?

    If it was me, I would pick shrimp hands down. I'm not to fond of soy products. Has of controversial risk. Shrimp is almost pure protein. Has cholesterol but eating cholesterol does not mean it will raise your blood cholesterol.

    just for the taste I'd go with shrimp, had some for dinner tonight, yumm
    had my soft tofu drink for lunch as a smoothie with yogourt, fruits and milk.
