So, I've started my half-marathon training and I'd like to do yoga on my "rest" days. I have a Yoga for Weightloss DVD, but I'm not a huge fan. I'd like something a bit more challenging since it will be my main source of strength training. Anyone know of any good power yoga DVD's?

Try The Trainer's Edge: Long & Lean Yoga on Netflix Instant Play. I love it! It's an hour and awesome.

    Rodney Yee

I really like Rodney Yee. You can find a few different DVDs he put together based on what you are looking for (flexibility, strength, weight loss, etc.).
  • I 3rd Rodney Yee, I have his Power Yoga for strength and flexibility. Awesomesauce.
