Hey! Just went berry picking and got pounds of blueberries, raspberries, and blackberries. Want to make some yummy recipes but most all recipes I have found ask for fruit preserves and not fresh berries...anyone know of any suggestions or recipes? Greatly appreciated!

  • This makes a YUMMY sweet treat...and so easy.... Take a graham cracker...top with a dollup of fat free (or sugar free or whatever you prefer) vanilla pudding, a dollup of fat free (or sugar free) cool whip and several berries. It's really yumster. That said, if you want something super cute...(think awesome presentation) take mini Phyllo cups...crush some graham cracker crums and fill the very base of eac h mini cup...then put in a dollup of the vanilla pudding and use a pastry bag to pipe the cool whip on top (in a pretty swirl or rosette)..carefully place berries.... Oh, those individual sponge cakes are relatively low in calories. Take a sponge cake and add a half of a small container of fat free yogurt and top with berries. YUM!
