I read a blog earlier that brought up diet vs weight loss journey and was reminded of my aggravation when people say that they are not on a diet. I just thought that I would point out that whether we like the term or not every person, animal, or thing that eats and drinks regularly is on a diet. It can be a diet of healthy foods, a diet of junk, a diet of all meat, no meat whatever. It is still a diet; habitual nourishment. Whatever you eat is your diet. Stop being scared of the word. What is bad is yo-yo dieting and fad diets, not your diet in general.
