Okay So lets do this!

25 lbs is about 2 lbs a week

I would like all weights in boxed to me ( unless someone else would like this job ??? ) by 8/15/11

1st weigh in is 8/22/11 ( MUST SEND WEIGHT BY 8PM est MONDAY NIGHT) IN BOX ME THEM, So I don't over look them.

Winner of each weigh in will know they have won by Tuesday morning and they can announce the new challenge Tuesday so we can all start the challenge Wednesday morning.

    ASO.....just b/c weight has to be in BY Monday does not mean you have to weigh in on Mondays. If you weighed in today, tomorrow, will sat or even sunday feel free to use those weights. then just weigh in a week from whatever day your starting weight was. I just want a day and time for a cut off. :)

    hope everyone is doing better than I am! I logged everything in at once today. I hate that b/c it makes me look very piggy at breakfast...I was feeling to lazy to separate my meals in the journal.

    Since Sunday I have walked 15 miles, I'd say that's a pretty good start! Hopefully my weight will soon start to go down, it's been rather plateaued for a bit...grr!

    okay so here are the results of the first week! ( sorry I am backed up and behind so we are a week behind sorry bout that.) this is how the last group i was in did the results, hope this is okay with everyone. These are the only people i got weights for.
    THIS WEEKS CHALLENGE IS TO DRINK MORE WATER!!!! weights are do in by tomorrow asap and that winner will choose the challenge starting on labor day!!

    Im gonna be recording the weights from now on..So everyone who still wants to participate, friend me , send me a message with your weights by 6pm (starting to where you are now) and I will post asap!!
