Non scale victory!

My little clicker says I've lost 44 lbs since I've started on MFP, which is awesome. It's only been 25 lbs since the beginning of the year, but still. I'm pretty excited. In addition to scale victories though, I had a big NSV today and I wanted to share.
Today, for the first time in 4 years, I was able to put on original wedding ring. I first took it off in July of 2007 because I got pregnant and was scared of swelling - my ring is a titanium band and I was scared I'd swell and be unable to get it off. In 2008 after I had my son, I put on 40 lbs, so I bought a little $8 ring I've been wearing ever since. Well, I took off the cheap ring today at the pool because it was falling off anyway, and my son lost it. So when we got home I tried on my original band and I don't even notice it! It's not too tight, it fits perfectly! I am so excited. I can't wait to show my husband when he gets home from work.
Keep on keepin' on my friends, it's absolutely worth it! Even if you, like me, lose the same 10 lbs 100 times over - eventually if you keep trying, you will make goal. I'm not close to my goal by a long shot, but at least I know that when I get there I will be wearing my wedding ring!!

That is so awesome. Congratulations!
I need to have mine sized. It used to cut in to my ring finger. Then it fit perfectly again, then it got loose. Now I wear it on my middle finger.0
