Hey have you all found the anticipated weight loss at the end of the daily menus accurate? Just curious if anyone has tracked the anticipated weight loss and actual results..good luck everyone!

That predicted weight loss is calculated by that days net calories, the number of days it would take to reach apound loss then filled into a time period, to get that prediction you would need to have the same net calories every day, my predictor changes frequently0

Yeah I see that it changes just curious if its worth averaging out each week and comparing to what I actually lose...probably just overthinking this lol ..thanks!0

the way I approach is, is this a sustainable amount for me to eat for a month, am I ok with this intake to make that progress, can I go lower and lose more or do I need more to prevent overeating and self sabotaging0
