ANYONE else had a PROBLEM LIKE THIS????????so with all my exercise and shortage of calories on a daily basis.....I am still failing to lose weight......I think I have determined it is due to 2 things............1) I am not taking in enough calories and my body is going into starvation mode 2) I am working out at a heartrate that is to high and using muscle as my energy source instead of fat....therefore I have to bring down my heart rate............

Its possible, and of course "Eat more and work out less" isn't the worst prescription. Check with a DR or trainer.

I agree with the last poster - you may want to check with a doctor. I don't think you want to cut out working out. It does, however, look like you are way under your protein goal on most days, looking back on your diary...on some days, your diary shows a defecit of about half your goal. That could be an issue. There's a lot of factors that can contribute to your issue though and talking to a doctor can get you on the right track and the right plan.

idk about your workouts but it looks like you are getting nowhere near enough food. Try making your workouts more mellow (so you burn less, but still a moderate amount) and eating about 100 calories more every few days until you are NETTING 1500 calories (so 1500 calories+ whatever you burn). Then, scale back to 1300 calories- you should start to see a loss then

Just having a look at your food diary, I was wondering if it might help if you included more fresh food and less processed food? The closer to nature we eat, the better we are for it. I have lowered my carbs a liitle too and that seems to help. For example scrambled egg (1 egg only) and no toast, smoothies with banana, yoghurt, blueberries and milk, lunches of salad and a very small tin of tuna with no dressing, keep dinner servings small by using a smaller plate & load up on fresh veggies! Hope this helps but most of all, hang in there!!!
