How many calories do you think...?

How many calories do you think were in my lunch today?
Today, my supervisor took our department out to lunch. We went to a local, modern Mexican restaurant. I looked up the menu on their website, but they did not have nutrition information posted. This is not your typical Mexican restaurant where everything is dripping with butter, oil, or grease (which has been my experience in the past), but instead, the integrity of the fruits and vegetables were left intact to give their own flavor to the dishes. I ate in moderation and I took a Zumba class this evening, so I am not too worried about how it will affect my week; however, I would like to account for it as accurately as possible in my diary and have no idea if I am in the ball park or not.
Here is what I had:
- Caribbean Jerk Taco: Roasted Caribbean jerk chicken served with shredded cabbage, mango salsa, refried black beans, spicy Caribbean jerk sauce and a peach aioli on a small flour tortilla.
- Baja Fish Taco: Panko breaded tilapia served with crispy Napa cabbage, authentic Mexican white sauce, pico de gallo, sliced radishes and cilantro on a small flour tortilla.
- Mexican Street Corn which had some type of creamy sauce which included cheese and it had a bit of a kick to it (maybe cayenne pepper or similar?). It was not drowning in sauce, but it was there – less than a Tbsp. for the entire ½ cup of corn.
- Mango Salsa (diced mango, tomato, jalapeno, and cilantro) with 8 corn tortilla chips.
What do you think the damage was? My guess was 800ish. Do you think that is close?

My guess would be minimum of 800 and upwards towards 1000... any kind of cream sauce is going to be high in calories, as well as the cheese, and the breading on the fish.. that stuff adds up ... really fast!0

probably not, I think you are in 1000 too.... but don't worry about it, just as long as you get back on track0

i kno a serving of street corn is about 400 calories0

800-1000 for sure. I'd put it all in individually in the database. For instance type in "chicken bean taco" and pick one that uou think best suits what you ate calprically. Then "fried fish taco", "creamed corn" etc . Don't go crazy over it, I'm sure you burned most of it off already in zumba!0

Thanks to those who gave productive responses! I went ahead and upped the calories to 1,000. Off to have some veggies and a spinach salad for dinner to offset it...0
