Hi Everybody,

I am 59 years old and approaching 60 very soon. I am pretty diligent about exercisng. I try to do Leslie Sansome's 5 mile fat burning walk at home at least 3 times a wk. I have a heart monitor watch and during the "boost" it reaches the high"40's" which is a good workout. My problem is giving in to those sweet indulgences. I am hoping joining this group may make me more accountable............
