Saw something similar on a different site so thought I'd do something like it here... Hopefully some other people will think it's a cute idea.

Choose a jar or something to put coins in. You can't use them until the jar is full. The denomination of the coin is up to you. If it's an easy challenge, maybe put a penny... If it's a harder challenge for you to complete, put in a quarter.

Make a DAILY goal for the week and award yourself a coin each time you reach your goal. Next week, pick a different goal. Your daily earnings will spiral. Use them to pamper (reward) yourself once the jar is full.

For example, I may make my first week's challenge to be "Drink 64oz of water daily". Each day that week that I drank 64oz of water, I'd put a coin of my choosing (a penny for this challenge) in a jar. At the end of the week, I'd have 7 coins (hopefully). The next week would be a different goal.

Now, how much pampering you'll be able to do when your jar is full depends on how big the jar is. The bigger the jar, the longer it will take to fill it up BUT there will be more money in it so you can reward yourself more.

    My challenge for myself for the following week (from tomorrow till next Friday) is to exercise for at least 20 minutes each day.

    I will reward myself with a dime each time I reach my goal.

    I ♥ this idea ~ count me in!!

    My goal this week will be to add 1000 steps to my workout & my reward will be a quarter every day I do it!!

    (I aim high!!)
