1 Day Vs 7 Day Average

Ok. I will find out the answer soon enough but I would like others experiences. I had a really bad day today, went over on everything. In general, if I had a super-bad day but my weekly average is within my daily allowance will I still lose a pound a week or will it slow me down or even cause me to gain weight. I could deal with it better if I blew it on Pizza, Chinese Food or Ice Cream, but I blew it on Applebees Shrimp and Spinach. NOT WORTH IT.

It really should not hurt you but make sure you drink a lot of water tomorrow because of the sodium level. I find when I eat out the sodium it ridiculous.0

It doesn't matter if you went over your daily calorie goal 1 or 2 (or 3, 4, 5, 6) days as long as your weekly net calories is at or under your goal. The daily calorie deficit is calculated based on weekly weight loss.0
