Can anyone recommend a good treadmill that uses ifit live? I'm looking to buy one and don't want to waste my money.

Looks like the brands that offer this are ProForm, Health Rider and Nordic Track. From the reviews I read when researching my purchase, I can't recommend any of those brands. All of them got relatively bad reviews on the sites I used.

    look at www.treadmilldoctor.com FMI.

I've had a Proform for over 10 years. We got it at Sears at the time for about 500 bucks. I have recently read all the bad reviews, and was surprised, as other than a few old-age squeaks, it has been a good investment. Never had it serviced, but hubby did tighten the belt once. I guess it's not the machine you want if you are a serious runner. I walk and jog on it.

I am not a serious runner, but want to be able to use the ifit live workouts. I've spoken to some fitness experts and of the three brands with the ifit cabability, Nordic Trak rated the best.

Do you need the iFit workouts? I mean, there are loads of places to get treadmill workouts. Nike+, Netflix, I'm sure there are others....
