Hi, I am new to this site and wanted to introduce myself. I normally use the mobile app but my motivation seems to have left me a bit too early on this journey. My name is Heather and I'm 29 years old. I have 2 beautiful little girls. My youngest is now 9 months old and the "I just had a baby" excuse no longer holds up. I am 5'7'' and my current weight is 166lbs. I started at 193lbs. My goal is 135lbs by sometime in December. I am at a loss on exactly what excercises to do since I have so many old injuries I am attempting not to reinjure. So far I have been doing a pilates workout I found at walmart and using a few different workout aps. I also have the insanty program and do parts of it once in a while. My kids don't like to permit me the time to really do an entire workout. I wish everyone the best of luck with their goals and if anyone knows of a good program for someone with a bad back/shoulder/wrist let me know. Thank you.

My suggestion to you is that you go to a physical therapist or chiropractor to find out if they can show you some exercises that will allow you to safely work out. If you have medical insurance, they will usually pay for this. I know that time is a problem, but if you approach your family/support system with the fact that you will better be able to care for your family if they help you free an hour here or there for you to help yourself, everyone will be better off for it. The other alternative is to spring the big bucks for a personal trainer for a few sessions, telling them up front that your goal is to learn a safe routine that you can do on your own, only using the personal trainer from time to time. I have degenerative joint disease and this is the only way I have been able to exercise without further injury. Good luck!! It's really hard at first, but it does get easy the more you do.0
