Pavement vs. Treadmill

In the past I have run outdoors on pavement only. It's been too long since I've been physcially fit, and I want to change that. Now is the time! The running I have done in that past life has always been outdoors on pavement. I've been thinking about bringing the running indoors on a treadmill, which I've never done. I'd like your thoughts and feedback on Pavement vs. Treadmill. Thank you!

I do both. Treadmill running is way easier. No incline is like running downhill. And even if you up incline you aren't using as much muscles as you do having to push off on pavement.
If I run on tread I can go 30 mins. Outside i'm lucky to get 5 mins straight and end up doing walk/run intervals. It's like treadmill helps with basic cardio but running works your whole body cuz the muscle exertion needed to propel. That moving "ground" on treadmill does the hardest work for you!0 -
Thank you for the feedback. You confirmed what I suspected!0
