Hi! I'm back. Got to spend the entire week in Ohio for Thanksgiving and then spent this weekend down here at my sister & bil (my mom & dad and one of my bothers were here for the holiday). Spent yesterday recovering from no internet for a week! :noway: I had so many e-mails to respond to...

Hope everyone had a wonderful holiday. Now, let's attack the last 30 days of 2008 with a vengance! :angry: Mwahhhahhahhh Yes, I am pumped up and ready to get this going!

Yesterday I was over by less than 300 cals (I purposely aim for 1200 with actual goal of 15, so technically, right on track). Did 3 miles on gazelle as well. I am going to do 3 miles/day this week to get back into my running. I can't jump in without building mileage (old stress fracture doesn't like that concept too well). So, I have a meeting at 11 then off till 3... lots of working out today! I'm thinking I'll go lift now, run at lunch, then meet my trainer/coach/friend at 1 for her torture.

May I ask everyone for an extra prayer for Mark over the next few days? He goes in the morning for his surgery to remove the tumor and will be in the hospital 5-10 days depending on the outcome. Could use all the extra support for sure!

    (that category may actually be more appropriate nowadays. . .)

    And also good luck with all your working out today, just reading what you were doing today made me hurt and exhausted. But that is what it takes to get these pounds off.......

    Ha ha :laugh: Yeah, I'm setting myself up for a killer day, but if I don't do it, I will never get back on track. This summer I was working out up to two hours a day. No wonder I put back on some weight :wink:
