It looks okay but you eat a lot of processed foods and your salt is really high. What are you goals at? I do a 40%(protien) 40% (carb) 20% (fat)0

In flipping thru a few days 2 things stand out: fat and sodium. With too much sodium you tend to retain water. Your water intake is good. Also with the fat, the USDA recommends no more than 35 grams of fat (per my trainer)..as she always tells me it's the quality of the calories. You do eat fruit and veggies, but maybe try to increase though..also make sure that you are eating enough to support the exercise (something I struggle with as well)..MFP suggests NET calories to be 1200..good luck!0

I see that you are over on your carbs and sugars...those can hinder your weight loss. Since I've cut back on both my carbs and sugars the scale moved steadily over time. I wouldn't worry about your sodium too much since its not bad, just make sure to drink plenty of water.0

you seem to be eating a lot of processed carbs and limited fruit and veg. Things like pretzels are useless calories. try replacing them with almonds. the zone bars are very processed, you would be better off with an apple and peanut/almond butter. I would also recommend uping veggies, try making some carrot sticks, bell pepper, and cumber slices with light ranch. your breakfast is okay but maybe something like a high fiber cereal, almond milk, and berries would be good or maybe some greek yogurt with fruit. just check the labels and try to keep the ingredient list low.0

For the most part it looks great! I should take lesson from you. Sunday night you bombed with those chicken wings. Tuesday night you had 1/4 of Pizza Hut cheese pizza for "desert" after eating a dinner - that is not good. If you were hungry after eating the veggie burger, I would do light popcorn in the evening. But for the most part your meals look great and if your honest, your portions are not bad on the chocolate.0
