Why If I dont drink water i gain weight but when i drink water my weight comes down.

    Water aids in all of your bodily functions and processors. It filters the toxins out of your body, it cushions your joints, it carries oxygen and nutrients to your cells, it regulates your tempreature. If the body can process more efficiently it can work better at everything. There's a reason our bodies are made of 60% water!

    Cos it's flusing all the crap out of your system...and it helps fill you up so you eat less. Water is good stuff....you can't have too much!!!! Make sure you drink your daily quots of 64 oz

    Osmosis...if you're not drinking water your body needs to hold on to what it has to try to regulate the amount of electrolytes such as salt in your cells. If you do drink water your body has what it needs and doesn't have to try to store water for its processes.
