There could be lots of reasons why I feel this way but I thought I'd put it out there and see if anyone else experiences the same thing. Do you ever feel heavier or bloated after you workout? I'm doing P90X and 30 mins on my elliptical. Thanks.

yes!! Its the muscles storing water to repair themselves. AKA 'muscle pump'. Perfectly normal, especially with P90X! Because P90X is based on muscle confusion, so you're using different muscles all the time.
Don't worry, it will calm down after a few weeks and you'll have a fitter, more toned body underneath

Personally I don't but I think it is because feel so amazing after I workout. I get a workout high or something and nothing can get me down! It's kind of nice actually!0

A lot of it could be water weight as well. I typically drink as much as 40 oz of water during an hour long workout, and some people on here would probably say that's not enough! I always feel my best the morning after a workout.0
