First week to not reach goal :(

Been losing 3 pounds per week and this is first week I only lost 1.2 pounds.

Amazing how disheartening and dissapointed it can feel. Keep telling myself, 1.2 pounds is still a loss but feels harder when u dont reach ure target :)

    3 pounds a week is far too ambitious since you're getting closer to your goal. 1.2 lbs is actually right about what you should be shooting for right now. So yay! :)

    Well how is your BMI? Have you gotten to the point you don't lose as much due to lower weight?

    Dont get too discouraged! I plateaued for 2 weeks straight and started losing again.

    Weight loss is more of a mental game than you think. Kinda like bowling. So stay focused and realize weight loss or not, being healthy is the best thing for you.

    ITA with aj. Try not to let it bug you, any loss (or even just maintenance, for that matter!) is still better than you were before!

    Let me just say ...CONGRATULATIONS on the 1.2lbs!!! That really is a huge accomplishment, even if your goal is higher. I won't give you training advice because I think for the most part we know what we need to do. But I will say
    Keep it up and don't forget to celebrate ALL joys even the small ones :)
