Is it possible to get too much fruit? I'm not a big vegetable fan though I do eat it and enjoy it. But lately I have noticed that my diet is really heavy with fruit. Today, I plan to eat 2 bananas and a pluot. I eat the bananas for the potassium. I recently started taking vitamins (B complex, calcium, magnesium, and zinc) but I'm just curious. Are there any ill effects from eating too much fruit?

Yea mainly for the sugar, but too much of anything is not good for you. Too much potassium for example can cause issues.0
