Anyone familiar with Biggest Loser Boot Camp DVDs?

They are circuit training, but would that also be considered strength training? I don't like to lift just straight weights. I'm the kind of person that needs to exercise to something (like a DVD). I also have Wii Fit Plus and I can do training for that too - does that count? I love to walk for my cardio. Looking for advice for the strength training. Thanks in advance to all responses! Laura

It does use some strength training but usually in addition to something else. You do use light hand weights. They are great videos and I find them to be fun! I hurt for a couple of days after but that's a good thing!0

I have two Biggest Loser DVDs - Biggest Loser Workout-Last Chance Workout and Biggest Loser Cardio Max. Going to try them out this weekend. I have done the 10 minute warmup on the Last Chance Workout and it was killer. Loved it so much that I bought the DVD.0

I'll have to check out the bootcamp dvd, it sounds good. I just bought the Biggest Loser Power walk dvd but I haven't tried it yet. I hope it's good!0
