Pompano fish??

Anyone ever heard of this and if so, is it any good? Can you compare to any other fish, texture & taste wise? Thanks for any help!

    I had it a while ago and it's delicious! I was a while ago, but I remember it being firm-flaky, mild flavor, and buttery.
