I've been on my weight loss journey since February of this year... I've lost a total of 30lbs. I've made a drastic change in my eating habits, I've taken up jogging, I have 70lbs (or more) to go and I.am.stuck!

I need to get a better reign on my eating habits (again, why oh why is it so easy to fall off the wagon?) and I'll be going back to work soon (I'm currently on mat leave), so I'm going to have to figure out how to fit exercise into my busy life (work full-time, two very busy young boys, and all the other responsibilities of life  )

Help motivate me!

Just make sure yu log your food on here, it's a real eye opener on what foods just aren't worth it.

I'm also on maternity leave after having my second and I have about 60 pounds to go. I agree with logging everything you eat. And weigh and measure too. That way you also know what an actual serving is.

wow, except for the baby , we sound a lot alike. I have been struggling for a couple of weeks now. Daily McDonalds runs at lunch!!! UGH!!! I am trying to focus on the reasons I want to do this. I want to be healthy. I enjoy being thinner. I can breathe and move easier. I am asking friends at work to help me resist fast food at lunch. We all have slumps, good luck.
  • I love this website because it help me keep track and then i can determine if i can eat something else or not. I am not dieting but I am just eating healthy and therefore i get to eat a lot. you are welcome to look at my diary anytime.
