Mio! Thank you, thank you, thank you to the poster who suggested this in my diet coke thread.

I got this from Wal-Mart. It is a flavoring for water. I know Crystal Light is low but it is calories and sodium, which add up in the amts I have been drinking it. Mio has neither and adds quite a nice flavor to water, enough to get me to chug in it the manner I need to to combat my fluid retention issue. They have several flavors. I think this may help me give up the diet coke altogether. It will certainly help my sodium numbers! Thanks again!

Tony Chahere's Salt Free - I use this on rice, couscous, eggs, egg beaters, etc. instead of salt. Spicy and flavorful. No salt and no calories, carbs, etc. either.

Alexia Oven Fries w/ olive oil, rosemary, and garlic. 130 cals and 3.5 (fat)/ 22 (carbs)/ 2 (Fiber)/and 2 (protein) per a 3 oz (about 8 largish wedge-type fries) serving. Oh, the sodium isn't too bad for something frozen either, 240mg and a serving satisfies.
