Switching fr Low Carb to Low Cal.Any Tips???

Hey All

I have done the Atkins diet for maybe 3yrs now and lost 66lbs. I have gained back 10lbs, and now have a remaining 15lbs to reach my goal, and I have been stuck for maybe 3mts now. SO, I have decided maybe I need a CHANGE, and as of today I have switched to a low calorie diet...TIPS will be greatly appreciated b/c I never realized it would be so hard to switch my way of thinking w/food!

    Maybe try eating clean. All natural, no processed foods like fresh fruits and vegetables, whole grains, and lean proteins really help to keep you full while addressing your nutritional requirements. My body responds very well when I eat clean. There's lot of info on clean eating out on the internet, my favourite resource is Tosca Reno. Best of Luck.

    I have been on the website Dotti's Weight Loss Zone trying to get some tips on foods etc. Going clean might be the best approach...thx for the tip its greatly appreciated!
