Hello Everyone,
I'm new to the posse! :tongue: There isn't much to say about me that my profile doesn't already. . .so I'm just saying "hey!"

I would love to hear what exercise programs/routines are working for everyone! Currently, I am doing a lot of walking and dancing. :happy:

    In my opinion, Dancing is one of the best exercises you can do!
  • :happy: I think so too! And it doesn't feel like exercise!
  • A friend on here recommended belly dancing to me. I have always thought it was neat and tried it.......fun, but one heck of a workout, let me tell ya!
  • Along with losing weight, I am trying not to be so self conscious. I worry way too much about what other people think of me. Belly dancing has always sounded like fun! I'm going to have to see if I can find some classes.
