Hi everybody. I am a mother of 2 little boys, ages 6 and 1. I am trying to lose 10 lbs and get fit and toned. I mainly have a problem with my belly area. Any advise on what kind of exercise/diet i should do to help flatten my stomach? Thanks ladies!! :smile: :smile:
