Hi Everyone,

I've been on here back in March and was doing really good, a back injury set me back and the 31 lbs I lost it's back plus more, Today I woke up and said this has got to be enough, debating on getting the lapband I have to take control on my own and try one more time to do it on my own, so here I am Im looking for support friends in my situation encouragement.
