Rough day

So at work we recently had our unions forcibly taken away from us. No big deal I guess, we work for the biggest empire around. Really don't have a choice anyway, my boss is not a man to cross. So I'm just preparing for my next assignment, and we get commissioned to this really crappy, sandy, area. It's so hot, desolate, and meaningless. Devoid of meaninful life. So we're posted in this little city outside of a tavern just trying to find these droids. We don't see any dead ringers for their descriptions for a really long time, and I start to think we're on a wild bantha chase. Then I see this young, annoying blonde kid, and this hooded old man. They have the exact droids that match the description. I start talking to them and asking questions, and this feeling just came over me. These guys aren't them, and these aren't the droids I'm looking for. Besides, the old man had a really trustworthy vibe to him, I can't explain why...

We report back to the ship we came from, and I got into big trouble because apparently the guys we WERE looking for, passed through our security point and got away from the bar. No idea how that happened. I asked for mercy and luckily I got it, my boss has been known have a real choke-hold over us...Instead I've been assigned to new building they're working on! I am very excited. Live in housing, showers, on-site gym membership, etc! This is my lucky day now, nothing bad could POSSIBLY happen now that I'm on the new headquarters.

Could really use a cooler uniform though...
