I am wondering if anyone has run in a relay race before hitting goal weight. One week from today I will be running in the Grand Tetons Relay Race starting from Ashton, Idaho to Jackson Hole, Wyoming. Yes, that is 185.5 miles of running in the high-altitude wilderness. I am really nervous to still be 25 lbs from goal weight. I was hoping to be 10-15 pounds lighter by now but I am not, so I am just going to have to suck it up. Any advice, encouragement, anything to help me adequately address the challenge before me?
