so i was discouraged my first weigh in on monday cause I lost nothing. Tried on a pair of my old shorts today just to see...they felt so comfy!! They are 3 sizes smaller than my newer ones.

For the longest time the scales never really moved for me. But, my clothes got looser and looser. Then BAM all of a sudden the weight started fallen off.
