I haven't tried it, does it have a chemical sweetner in it?

of course it has a chemical sweetener in it, just like Crystal Light and all other 'no calorie' 'low calorie' 'no sugar' sweet things... it's a choice we make, either lower our sugar intake and have real sugar, or have our fill of sugary things and have chemicals.

Mio is expensive, i like Chrystal Light

Mio is the way to go. I love the fruit punch and sweet tea. I even packed some when I went on vacation just in case. That's how much I love it!

It is expensive. If you can get some on to going on a military post and buy it for you its half the price. Its 24 servings so its well work the three dollars

Do you get a reaction to them like I do?
Every time I eat or drink something with artificial sweetners I feel down and not myself, dr says it's a chemical reaction and to avoid them.

I have always loved juice, but have begun to find it way to sweet.

Now I mix it 1 part juice to two - three parts sparkling mineral water.

Satisfies my craving for both juice and soda :-)
