You could always take a walk. Do some quick cardio. march in place with high knees while watching your favorite tv show. Or, just say it was good and do better tomorrow. Hang on in there!0

so what you have on there isn't all you ate?? Cause if it is it's not bad.. and every now and then it's okay to splurge.. Girl, look at my dinner tonight!!! I feel HORRIBLE, but i'm gonna go walk and burn a few more calories in about thirty minutes.0

Yes, I do it from time to time....EVERYONE does! Make sure that you put it ALL in your food diary. Make a promise to yourself to be very mindful of your intake over the next few days and make sure you meet your exercise goals and when you are tempted the next time, remember how guilty you felt and decide if it is worth that feeling before you make the same choice in the future.
However, don't dwell on the negative. Go forward with an attitude of "that was then, this is now" and remind yourself that you can do it! Good luck. Don't exercise yourself into a frenzy or panic. That's how eating disorders work. Look at all the good days you have had!0 -

exactly! We all make mistakes. And as soon as you stick with it and start seeing changes, it will make is sooo much easier to stay on track. It's very easy to get discouraged, especially if your not losing weight.
hang in there.0 -
