I've lost 15 lbs so far and have 5 more to go; however, I've been at a stand still for 2 months. 2 out of 7 days a week, I cheat and go over between 100-350 calorie. Other days, I will be near the 1200 or under. I'm working out 3-4 days a week, running and strength training. Why is the last few pounds so hard.
