Hello Everyone,
I joined the site yesterday, and am finding it really helpful! I am at the near end of my weight loss journey, though. I started in March of 2010 at 200 lbs and now currently weigh 132. Went down from a size 16 to a 4 now. I have been maintaining my current weight since the spring. But, now want to loose some more. That's why I decided to join this site. I have learned to love running in the process and have switched my diet to a more whole food, unprocessed diet. I relalize that it trulely was a lifestlye change that I needed to make and not a temporary diet. I have read so many books and articles on nutrtion and fitness and have really enjoyed educating myself on making my body the best I can. So there is a little bit of my story! Thank for reading it!!
