I go through weeks of negative thoughts that don't help me worth squat. I lose motivation to continue eating healthy, To make a attempt at working out or even starting it, I give into the snacks I am craving at the moment, and ogle(sp) the cute delivery men.
And every so often I try to fight back!.
So This week is Positive week!!!!.
Going to hit back with the.
This workout will make me feel better on the Inside and Look Sexy on the outside.

The saying No to a chocolate bar because I know it only makes me feel Fat.
Who's with me for a week of positive thoughts. IT really does make one Feel better.
It makes you say no to the hidden Chocolate stash in the back of the freezer, Or to the eating a real meal instead of a pizza pop cause you feel lazy and tired,.
And if you're in a bad mood. You do a work out because you know it will calm you and make you relax,!
