hello all I need some helpfull hints or advise I am a 33 ( soon 34 ) year old female 5 foot 1 inch tall and weight 187 down from 199.8 lbs . I started mfp at the end of march 2011 and have managed to loose 13 lbs to date. My daily calorie intake is of 1200 calories and I rarely exercice but do try to despite not really enjoying it. I have done tony horton' s 10 minute trainer and lost 45 inches all over my body but only 4 pounds so i switched to Zumba where the weight seems to come off a bit more. Now to the point , anybody out there have issues loosing weight , I am a little bored with zumba at the moment and want to go back to 10 min trainer but am fearfull the weight will stop comming off or slow even more ( if possible ) . Can anybody help me , I would really like to lose the 2 lbs a week and am at a loss of what to do . Any and all helps is much appeciated

Two of my friends teach Jazzercise and they burn b/t 400-500 per class. I'm a swimmer and that burns a lot of calories, too. Good luck!0

Loosing inches it great too. Try switching it up. One day the 10 minute trainer then the Zumba another day. Exericsetv has free videos and so does YouTube. Maybe you can find something there too.
