Does CPR count as an exercise...?

So I just got back from CPR training course that lasted 5 hours. I'd say that about 45 minutes [give or take] was physical heart pumping (MY heart) CPR. How many calories do you think was burned? Or is there something on the exercise list similar to that that I can log into my diary?

The best thing for something random like this is to wear an HRM...sorry0

I'd estimate that you can count it as strength training for those 45 minutes. You are working your forearms, biceps, triceps, chest; core and upper legs acting as stabilizers. I've never worn my HRM to CPR class, but it can be fatiguing.0

Thanks so much for the tip!0
