ANY TIPS ON HOW TO EXERCISE?

I don't know what will be the best exercise especially knowing i need to lose weight in my legs, stomach, arms and jawline.

You cannot spot reduce. A mix of cardio and strength training will make you more fit all over, though.0

try running, elliptical, biking, swimming anything and everything
also weights! just cause you loose fat doesnt mean it will show muscle so you have to tone as well...dont be afraid to go heavy on weights you wont bulk females dont have testosteroine at high enough levels to bulk up
you can do workout video too...just do anything!!! something!!!0 -

Find a few things you enjoy and rotate between them! It's important to do cardio AND strength training: you can't spot treat...only cardio will blast fat and strength training will tone. Just make sure you're having fun otherwise you'll dread it every day.0

You've got to find something you like and stick with it! Walking, running, gym equipment, basket ball, DVDs.... I really like Turbo Fire so I'll throw that one out there.0

When I started off I started walking on the spot for 15 min and built the time up and built it up to running (outside). I then got a gym membership and go usually 3-4 times a week and do an exercise dvd at home on the other days (Jillian Michaels- she really kicks your *kitten*!) When I go to the gym I do rowing, weights, treadmill, stairmaster, elliptical. To stop myself getting bored I only usually do 10-15 minutes on one machine and then rotate. If you decide to join a gym they will usually set up a exercise program for you, specified to your needs and then show you how to use all the machines.

Thanks everyone, only 2 problems i am a muscular girl even when i dont life weights i get it from my dad i hate it :^( and i hate running especially knowing that i live on a dirt road in the country with no sidewalks lol0

cross-training. . you need cardio and weights. . .
There are some excellent at home videos that you can get fairly inexpensively. Any of the biggest loser videos. . the cardio max and 30 day shred are good. .
If you have more money to throw I would say go for videos through beach body. . I have 3 different sets from them. . . There are a lot of free videos on U tube as well. . Wish you luck.0 -

try everything, adn see what you will enjoy. Just start slow, 30 min. a day, 3 days a week. If you are sore, then rest that day and watch your calories. After 2 weeks you can either add a day, or add time, like 3 days at 35 minutes, or 4 days at 30 min.
You can do this, just be careful to avoid injury, start out slow and work up to a fever pace. On weight lift days, my physical therapist would have me bike for 10 minutes, just to prime to muscles, this will prevent injury when the muscles are working hard.

Was there anything that you loved as a kid? Swimming, hiking, kite flying, or canoeing? Anything like that? the more you enjoy the activity, the more you will actually look forward to it0

i am muscular as well its ok...you may not ever have a super low wight but muscle weights more than fat and in all honesty wouldnt you rather be fit and strong than skinny and frail?
muscles are hot..you wont bulk...trust me i do know this...i used to squat 325 and i was fine i have muscular thighs i work with it...i want to bench 150...but know that i wont look like a man after
weights are as important as cardio0 -

Strength training makes you burn fat quicker, as it revs up your metabolism. And you need it because when you do cardio you burn your muscle tissue.
There is also Zumba, or dancing? if you like you can just dance around your house to your favourite music.0 -
