    I don't know what to tell you but I will tell you that the salads in most casual dining restaurants usually have more calories than their steak and baked potato.

    Scary stuff!

    I had a salad at Chilis that was 1100 calories..but that had dressing on it. I might as well had something good !

    It makes me mad that they don't put something on there like, "Order our steak and baked potato and you'll eat 200 less calories than our salad." Instead they let you think you're making a sacrifice to eat healthy...!

    google (blank restaurant) nutritional info..alot of times, it will take you to the official page FROM that place..if i cant find nutritional values online, i won't go there..i have to have an ACCURATE number..good luck :)
