So I'm putting it out there...

I am new here and look forward to hearing from others that could support me in my weight loss plight and from those that I could help do the same. I have added most of my details to my profile and they indicate where I stand more or less. I exercise - a fair amount. I do Jari Love workout DVD's every 2nd day and ride my bike 30km (15 miles) on alternate days. One or 2 days off per week dependent on how I feel. I have had to modify my workouts as I have torn muscles on my left leg. Ouch. My diet - different story. It's all over the place - sometimes good, sometimes bad. I guess mostly bad since my pounds are not disappearing and I am sometimes gaining. So I am hoping to hear from others so that we can work on this together and actually get good results!
