Hey, I started MFP couple weeks ago. I would like some feedbacks and suggestions on my food and exercise diary. I think I did pretty good the first week, but I noticed my sugar are pretty high this week. I think sugar is my main concern since diabetes run in my family. Also, I was wondering if too much protein is a bad thing?
Here's my info:
140 lb, 5'1
My goal is around 110-115. But I am more focusing on being healthy right now instead of dreading about the numbers.
Thank you!

your diary looks great, sugar is not a concern if it comes from fruit, which you don't seem to have a lot of. I would say kick the yoplait, it is so processed! Opt for a greek yogurt with ingredients you recognize. The add some fruit and stevia to sweeten it up. Your protein is amazing, I would suggest changing your ratios to 40/30/30 for carbs sugar and protein0

I will try the Greek yogurt and the 40/30/30 ratio. Thank you for your suggestions!0
