    I love our eggs! We get about 3 eggs every morning, but soon the other 5 should start laying too! We eat eggs frequently though usually just hard boiled, which reminds me I need to do that today!

    I eat a half cup of egg whites every morning, scrambled with various spices, with cottage cheese and cantaloupe. I don't get hungry until noon.

    Eggs are awesome!

    My kids wanted breakfast for supper so I made the eggs and ham cups, they were really good! Next time I'm going to scramble the eggs with veggies before I put them in the tins.

    The egg cups look delicious! I have 1 whole egg plus 1 egg white omelette and I'll add spinach, pico, mushrooms whatever I have on hand. I usually sprinkle a tiny bit of cheese in it also. It's my "reward" after my morning walk.

    I like eggs too, I Need to start eating them again. I like a pan "fried" egg (I just use a spray of Pam) on a sandwich thin, with ketchup and sometimes a slice of cheese.
