carrot and stick approch to weight loss, what you use?

from what i can tell setting your self a main goal and then mini goals along the way helps

you should treat your self some how when you reach these mini hoals , kind of like re-training your self , or the way they train dogs lol

can people tell me what they treat them selfs with when they hit there main goal and mini goals?

    Typical girl stuff.....got my hair done when i lost 20 pounds, bought new clothes when i lost 30 pounds.....hopefully when i reach my main goal I will get to go on a vacation...somewhere with a beach where i can wear a skimpy but tastefull bikinni :)
