My Diet Needs Some Spice To It

Hello all!! I am noticing that I do not spice up the foods I eat. I was wondering if anyone had any healthy ideas as to what I could incorporate into my diet, as I feel that my lack of change in diet is causing my plateau. I don't have much time to cook at home (like most people in this world), but any ideas would help. Right now I am big on Fiber bars and fruit. Any suggestions would greatly help!
Thank you!!
Thank you!!

Try some Italian seasoning (oregano, rosemary , thyme etc are in the mix i guess). I use it on my sandwiches, pasta, salads...anything that needs a perk up. It is neither too hot nor too salty and has great variety of herbs in it.
Btw being from India I am used to spicy food...I need reverse help and learn to cut down on spices. My food usually includes (all or some of ) these spices: Cumin seeds, coriander powder, black mustard seeds, ginger( btw this great for health), turmeric powder, chilli powder, green chillies, salt, asafoetida, cloves, cardamon, bay leaves...and the list goes on...
If you don't mind can I add you as friend? would love to learn how to keep it low in spice area0 -
I found the recipe for one of Emeril's Essence's on a recipe for Cajun Jambalaya (which is quite good). I have used it on the grill, pan & the oven and it's great. I put it in a shaker and use as needed.
Emeril's ESSENCE Creole Seasoning (also referred to as Bayou Blast):
2 1/2 tablespoons paprika
2 tablespoons salt
2 tablespoons garlic powder
1 tablespoon black pepper
1 tablespoon onion powder
1 tablespoon cayenne pepper
1 tablespoon dried oregano
1 tablespoon dried thyme
Combine all ingredients thoroughly. Yield: 2/3 cup0
